Buffalo is located in the rolling hills and green pastures of Leon County, Texas, midway between Dallas and Houston on I-45 at the intersection of Highway 79. Buffalo is just over an hour's drive from Dallas, Houston, Austin and Tyler and provides excellent accessibility to strategic transportation routes in all directions. We have the Union Pacific Railroad moving through town, an abundance of water, incentives, location, a quality workforce and a desire to grow.

Buffalo’s low taxes, reasonable real estate, dependable work force and quality of life create an atmosphere to enable businesses to competitively position themselves in a dynamic environment conducive to growth.
