First Day to File for Place on the General Election Ballot is Wednesday, January 17, 2024.

Last Day to File for Place on the General Election Ballot is Friday, February 16, 2024 at 5:00 pm.

First Day of Early Voting, in person, will be Monday, April 22 ,2024 and the last day of Early Voting will be Tuesday, April 30, 2024. Voting hours will be from 7 am to 5 pm, Mon-Fri.  No weekend voting hours for Early Voting.

Terms will be ending for councilmembers  Mike Glick, Martin Housler and Brent Reeder.

All Council Meetings are held at City of Buffalo Administration building located at 812 N. Buffalo Avenue, Buffalo, Texas.

The Council meets the 4th Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m., unless indicated otherwise. May and December meetings on the 3rd Monday per City ordinance due to potential conflict with holidays.

Council Agendas are posted on the outside bulletin board at City Hall and online at least 72 hours before the Council Meeting.

The Mayor Pro-Tem is appointed every 2 years by the Council members.
